With the weather in CT being so darn cold, I have been wearing the hats my neighbor knitted me which are warm and soft. Another friend of mine dropped off a hat last week and I wasn’t quite sure where and when it might be appropriate, but I figured it out.

When my first drum student arrived this past Monday, I greeted he and his mom at the door wearing this….

All of the students smiled throughout the week as I greeted them as Pam Marley and I hope it made them feel a bit more comfortable.

The best was when I sent a few friends and my mom the picture of this hat and she sent an e-mail back to me asking if this was one of the hats my neighbor knitted me and what were those black straps!
