This is my youngest, Mathew, a freshman at Montana State University.   Two years ago he started growing his hair out (I think)  just cuz it was cool.  When I started bugging him about getting it cut he said he was growing it for “Locks of Love” an organization that turns real hair into wigs for cancer patients.  Of course I loved his answer and from then on was very supportive buying him conditioner and hair ties.  Well Matt has enough hair to make 3 wigs at this point and he is going to get it cut when he comes home in December.
